1. Welcome & Purpose

Thank you for choosing Future Nova International to guide you on your study abroad journey. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. These
Terms outline how we work together and what you can expect from us.

2. Scope of Services

  • We provide professional support to students who wish to study abroad. Our services may
    include:
  • Guidance on university/college selection
  • Assistance with applications and documentation
  • Support with visa processes
  • Advice on accommodation, travel, and related arrangements
  • General study-abroad guidance

 

Important: the universities and government authorities, not us, always make final admissions
and visa decisions.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that you:
  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information and documents
  • Meet deadlines for submission of documents, applications, and payments
  • Take responsibility for meeting academic, financial, and visa requirements set by
    universities and government authorities
  • Inform us promptly of any changes to your personal, financial, or academic situation
    that may affect your application

4. Fees and Payments

  • Our service fees will be communicated to you in writing before engagement.
  • Fees are payable as per the agreed schedule and are non-refundable unless
    otherwise stated in writing.
  • Additional costs (e.g., application fees, courier charges, visa fees, medical exams,
    tuition deposits) are your responsibility.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
  • University application, visa, or tuition fees are non-refundable unless the respective
    institution states otherwise.
  • In cases where services cannot be rendered due to our fault, a partial refund may be
    considered at our discretion.

6. No Guarantee Disclaimer

  • While we provide professional guidance, we do not guarantee:
  • Admission into any specific institution
  • Granting of any visa or scholarship
  • Employment or residency after study

Decisions rest with external authorities, not with us.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are committed to professional and ethical service. However, we are not liable for:
  • Rejection of applications or visas
  • Losses, costs, or damages arising from delays, denials, or actions of third parties
    (universities, embassies, travel providers, etc.)
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    Our maximum liability, if any, will not exceed the service fees paid by you.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be shared with universities,
embassies, and service providers directly involved in your study abroad process necessary
for your application.

9. Termination of Services

  • We may terminate services if:
  • You provide false or misleading information
  • You fail to pay agreed fees
    You breach these Terms

You may terminate services at any time, but fees already paid will not be refunded.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted
on our website or communicated to you directly.
